Dad would have loved the Service. We really really appreciate it. * Danny Donahue was unresponsive this morning and Pat called the rescue squad. They took him to Lewis Gale Hospital. He is responsive now, but they are keeping him to run tests to determine if the dementia is getting worse or if something else is going on with him. * Anita Anderson fell and hurt her foot and and shoulder. She is home now and will be going back to LG Monday to find out when they're going to do surgery for her shoulder. * Roy Compton fell a month ago and broke his hip and is at Carrington Place. He now is going to have surgery Tuesday, April 20 on his aortic valve at RMH. * Sherry Francisco is having hand surgery April 22. * Jill Anderson has been diagnosed with afib and set for an echo cardiogram April 23. * Josh Tilley is home now and doing much better. * Scott Harvey is now in rehab (in Ohio) recovering from a stroke. * Ricky Atkins has moved in with his sister Barbara. * Bonnie Stidham's left eye surgery went well. * Joey Williamson is out of the hospital and they still can't figure out why he's had the seizures. (Debbie Young's brother) * Ronnie Blanchard will be starting cardiac rehab in the next few weeks. * Diana Woods is having issues with her kidney (causing high potassium and low magnesium). They're going to do an adrenal gland test. * Greg Capito's recovery from knee surgery. * Marilynn and Chuck Evans...Marilynn, tests showed no heart problems but still weak. Chuck has physical therapy coming in now. * Randy Tondola is recovering from back surgery. * Joe Sutliff will be starting cardiac rehab this week. Still having some health issues. * Mark Harrison's recovery from toe amputation. * Austin Wilmer's ankle/ligament surgery went well and is recovering. * John Barger has a blood clot from his groin to his ankle. Prayers needed for the medications to dissolve the clot without complications. * Danny Lemon came home today after being in the hospital for 2 months. * Susie Shephard is in VCU in Richmond. She is actually up and walking with help and talking some. Still has a ways to go but praise the Lord. * Sterling Broyles is in PT again. Recovering from recent stroke and dealing with his Parkinson's. * Mike Reynolds has some more tests to do but he is doing some better. * Gene Thompson has now been diagnosed with Pulmonary fibrosis and the doctor wants to do more testing in May to compare his scans. At this point there is nothing they can do other than Pulmonary Rehabilitation. * Judy Barr recovering from last stretch of her esophagus to open it up a little more which should help her when she eats food. Judy says she is now beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel! * Mike Thomashas battled cancer for several years and going through radiation therapy now along with his regular treatments.
